Return & Refund Policy – YLR Essentials

At YLR Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return. We will cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged or defective. No restocking fees will be charged.

How to Start a Return Log in to your account and submit a return request, or contact us at info@ylressentials.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@ylressentials.com and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
