Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your product and shade, select Add to Cart, review your cart, and complete checkout. We’ll email your order confirmation after your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the secure payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards and other payment options supported by Shopify.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout uses secure, encrypted payment technology to help protect your personal and payment information.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with your order details after checkout and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping & Tracking
Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, YLR ESSENTIALS ships exclusively within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the United States generally takes 7–15 business days after processing.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number and instructions. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Changes, Returns & Support
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If processing has not started, we’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
If there’s an issue with your order, contact our support team. We’ll review your request according to our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it.
