Welcome to YLR ESSENTIALS.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YLR ESSENTIALS website, products, services, and customer-support features.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

1. Online-Only Store

YLR ESSENTIALS operates exclusively online.

We do not currently have a physical retail store, showroom, customer service location, or pickup location. All purchases must be completed through our online store, and orders are shipped directly to customers within the United States.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when creating an account or placing an order is complete and accurate.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, colors, variants, and availability.

Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, manufacturing differences, or screen settings.

We do not guarantee that every product description, image, price, or availability status will always be error-free or current.

YLR ESSENTIALS may correct errors, update product information, modify prices, limit quantities, or discontinue products when necessary.

4. Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a technical, typographical, or listing error, YLR ESSENTIALS may correct the error or cancel the affected order.

If an affected order is canceled after payment has been successfully collected, the amount paid for the canceled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, product availability, shipping eligibility, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

YLR ESSENTIALS may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Payments

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order enters processing.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Available payment methods may change.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. YLR ESSENTIALS does not store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

7. Shipping

YLR ESSENTIALS currently ships only within the United States.

We offer free standard shipping. We do not currently offer international shipping, express shipping, local delivery, or in-person pickup.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

After processing and shipment, estimated delivery within the United States takes 10–15 business days.

8. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase and before the order enters processing.

To request a cancellation, email info@ylressentials.com immediately and include the order number.

Cancellation requests are not automatically approved. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Return, refund, replacement, reshipment, and exchange requests are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Eligible return requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Customers must receive approval and return instructions before sending any product.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted our Refund & Return Policy.

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, and product restrictions.

Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

YLR ESSENTIALS does not guarantee that a promotion or discount will remain available for any specific period unless an expiration date is displayed.

Unauthorized, expired, altered, or incorrectly applied discount codes may be rejected or removed.

11. Store Credit

Customers with available store credit may use it during checkout when signed in to the customer account associated with that credit.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used outside YLR ESSENTIALS except where required by applicable law.

YLR ESSENTIALS does not promise store credit as an automatic resolution, refund, or compensation.

12. Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account access.

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Customers must not use another person’s account without permission or provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

13. Intellectual Property

Website content—including the YLR ESSENTIALS name, logo, original text, graphics, layout, and other brand materials—is owned by or licensed to YLR ESSENTIALS and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Product photographs, descriptions, trademarks, and other materials provided by manufacturers, suppliers, applications, or licensors remain the property of their respective owners when applicable.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  • Use the website for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

AI responses do not automatically approve refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, discounts, warranties, or other account-specific resolutions. Final decisions requiring review are made by YLR ESSENTIALS.

Do not share passwords, complete payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, verification codes, or other confidential credentials through the chat.

AI-assisted interactions may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the practices of the service providers supporting these features.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to third-party services, applications, payment providers, carriers, social-media platforms, or other websites.

YLR ESSENTIALS does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, policies, or practices.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or protection that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YLR ESSENTIALS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, products, services, or customer-support tools.

Where legally permitted, our total liability for a product-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement between the customer and YLR ESSENTIALS concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
